"The late Orson Welles said, near the end of his life, that the day is coming, thanks to the ease of today's hands-on technology, when anybody can make a movie. The challenge is to make 'em GOOD. That's your challenge if you'd like to be part of the High Falls Film Festival. Make a movie about Rochester, on the Coming Home theme, that'll cause me to bring my No. 10 rating out of retirement! In this series, filmmakers had roughly 12 weeks to produce a film that's 3 minutes or less – "Short"! Contestants captured their thoughts, imagination and interpretation of the theme and submit their film. At the end of each contest, the films were reviewed by the panel of judges, screened for the public, and three winners were announced.
